The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs about a change of the date of publication of the stand-alone financial report and consolidated financial report for the 2017, which, in line with the information provided in current report No. 4/2018 of 25 January 2018 were meant to be published on 30 April 2018.

The stand-alone financial report and consolidated financial report for the 2017 will be made public on 21 March 2018.

Legal basis: § 103.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states.
