The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (hereafter “Company”) hereby reports that on 9 March 2018  the Company signed an agreement with z Zielona Góra Property Sp. z o.o. (hereafter “Employer”)  for extension and reconstruction of the “Focus Mall Zielona Góra” shopping mall in Zielona Góra.

The value of the agreement amounts to: PLN 199.9 million net.

Execution deadline: February 2020.

Payment deadline: 30 days from invoice receipt.

The period of guarantee amounts to 10 years.

Performance bond: 5 % of the value of the agreement.
