Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the "Company") with reference to current reports 56/2019, 60/2019, 64/2019, 5/2020, 6/2020 and 9/2020 informs that on 6 March 2020 The Company acquired the following information concerning the agreement for the construction of a 910 MW power unit (the "Unit") for supercritical parameters at Jaworzno III Power Plant - Power Plant II - with the scope steam boiler, turbine set, main building, electrical part and Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation Unit (the "Agreement"):

1. Rafako S.A. ("Rafako" or the "Leader") being the leader of the consortium (99.99% share in the consortium) in which the Company is a partner (0.01% share in the consortium) ("Consortium") has informed the Company that Rafako, in agreement with the Employeer, it has immediately undertook work on preparations the Unit for restarting as soon as possible.

2. According to the information provided by the Leader, the analysis of the Joint Impact Assessment Committee consisting of representatives of the Employeer, the Leader and the E003B7 sp. z o.o. („SPV”) determined the principles of removing the effects of the event and the updated schedule for putting the Block back into operation by 31.07.2020.
