The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 30 April 2019, the Company concluded an agreement with Ammann Asphalt GmbH, upon which the Company will acquire AMMANN Mineral and Asphalt Mixing Plant (UNIBATCH 240) for a total amount of EUR 2.08 million net (at the NBP average exchange rate dated 30 April 2019 it amounts to PLN 8.90 million).

The Mineral and Asphalt Mixture will be used for infrastructural contracts implemented by the Company.
