Further to the current report no. 54/2017 from 27 September 2017, the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. w its seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that as a result of consultations within the consortium including the Company, Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and Rafako S.A. (hereafter: “Consortium”) as well as GE Power general designer, fulfilling the role of the managing consortium leader responsible for the fulfilment of the contract it was concluded that as a result of analyses new commission dates were estimated for power units nos. 5 and 6 Opole Power Plant.

The changed declared commission dates are set for 31 May 2019 for power unit no. 5 and 30 September 2019 for power unit no. 6.

Currently conducted negotiations between the Consortium and GE Power with the Employer (PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A.) have not been yet concluded.
