Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 20 February 2020 it concluded with ST Katowice Krasińskiego Sp. z o. o. ("Employer") with its registered office in Warsaw an agreement for the execution of the task entitled: "Construction of BASECAMP KATOWICE - Collective housing - student house with accompanying functions and public utility services, including sports, trade, catering with internal installations, development of the adjacent area, including road and pedestrian communication system with a fire road and parking spaces at Zygmunta Krasińskiego 29 street, the Bogucice - Zawodzie district, in Katowice on roads 92/6, 92/8 and 92/10, registered area: 246901_1.0002, Bogucice-Zawodzie district, registration: 246901_1 Katowice".

Contract value: PLN 110.91 million gross.

Completion date: 18 months and 27 days.

Payment term: 30 days from delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice.

The warranty period is:

1. 10 years for the structure, facade tightness and roof tightness,

2. 5 years for all other works which do not form part of the Works listed in item 1 above,

3. not less than two 2 years for materials and equipment, according to the manufacturer's warranty.

Pledge:

1. 10 years for the structure, façade, external waterproofing, including the roof system, and the Contractor's Design,

2. 3 years for other works,

3. at least 2 years from signing the Facility Acceptance Protocol in relation to the Project, all materials and devices that are part of the Works will have a guarantee and manufacturer's warranty.

Performance bond: bank guarantee of 5% of the contractual remuneration, i.e. PLN 5.1 million net.
