The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. informs that on 17 December 2015 the company concluded with Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Sp. z o.o. the Annex No. 14 to the Agreement for performance of the project task consisting in designing, performing of construction works with delivery of equipment and commissioning as part of the project titled: Contract 1 "Construction of the Waste to Energy Plant for the Szczecin Metropolitan Area", about which the Issuer informed in the Current Report No. 33/2012.

The subject of the Annex consisted in amendment of the Time for Completion which the parties agreed on 10 December 2016 and amendment of the Approved Contract Amount, which due to the exclusion of a specific material scope the parties decreased by the amount of PLN 3,364,050.00, determining it at the level of PLN 662,834,746.10.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the value of sale revenues of the Company for the past four financial quarters.
