The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs about the change to the disclosure date of the standalone financial statements and consolidated financial statements for Q3 2020, the publication of which, according to the information contained in the current report No. 4/2020 dated 28 January 2020, was set for 27 November 2020.

The standalone financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for Q3 2020 will be disclosed to the public on 23 November 2020.

§ 80 para. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
