The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 10 November 2020, the Company concluded with Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanisława Staszica in Kraków ("Employer") a contract for the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of a multi-functional AGH Sports Hall in Kraków. KC-zp.272-255 / 20."

• Contract value: PLN 61.87 million gross.

• Completion deadline: up to 21 months from the date of delivery of the construction site.

• Payment conditions: 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Employer.

• The maximum warranty period is 60 months.

• Performance bond: 4% of gross remuneration in the form of a bank guarantee.
