Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 9 November 2020, AMK Kraków S.A. ("Contractor") - subsidiary of the Company (100% share in the Contractor's share capital) concluded the contract agreement with Huta Cynku „Miasteczko Śląskie” S.A. concerning performance of the task “Reconstruction of the exhaust system and ventilation of the shaft furnace batch house with wet to dry ventilation with the use of a jet pulse filter”.

Net value of the agreement: PLN 10,40 million.

Deadline for completion of the subject of the Agreement: 27.08.2021.

Deadline for payment: 14 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

The warranty period shall be as follows: 24 months from final acceptance.

Security of proper performance: PLN 1 million net in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.
