The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 4 November 2020, the Company received a set of relevant documents of Annex 19 ("Annex") dated 29 October 2020 to the Agreement for a guarantee line with Credit Agricole Bank Polska of December 14, 2015 r. (the "Agreement").

As part of the Annex to the Agreement, the following changes were made:

• the value of the maximum available line was set at PLN 60.00 million,

• the term of the contract was extended until 30.06.2021,

• within the line, it is possible to grant guarantees for tenders, advance payments, performance guarantees, removal of defects and faults, and payments.

The remaining terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used in this type of agreements.
