Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that 30 September 2020. The Company concluded with "PKP Intercity" S. A. ("Employer") with its registered office in Warsaw, for the execution of the task entitled: "Design and construction of an automatic carriage washing facility together with equipment and accompanying infrastructure in Wrocław".

Contract value: PLN 34.18 million gross.

Completion date: 36 months from the date of signing the agreement.

Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Employer.

The warranty period for the works performed is 36 months, for the materials and devices used from 36 to 60 months, and 25 years for the performance of photovoltaic modules.

Security of due performance: 5% of the gross value of the contract paid in the form of a bank guarantee.
