Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 25 September 2020 the Company was notified by the Stanisław Staszic AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków ("Employeer") about the selection of the most advantageous offer of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in the proceedings entitled "Construction of multifunctional Sports Hall AGH in Kraków KC-zp.272-255/20".

 The offer submitted by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. included:

• Contract value: PLN 61.87 million gross.
• Completion date: up to 21 months from the date of delivery of the construction site.
• Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by Employeer.
• The maximum guarantee period is 60 months. 
• Performance bond: 4% of the gross remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.

 The decision on the selection of the most advantageous offer is subject to appeal, which may be lodged within 10 days from the day on which the circumstances on which it was made or could have been made known.
