The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on April 23, 2021 Mostostal Kielce S.A. ("Employee") - a subsidiary of the Company (100% share in the Contractor's share capital) signed an agreement with the Municipal Roads and Public Transport Authority in Bydgoszcz ("Employer") on the implementation of the task "Demolition and construction of the northern road viaduct along Wojska – Polskiego Street (district road no. 3034C) over Jana Pawła II Alley (national road no. 5) in the "design and build" format.

- Contract value: PLN 22.37 million gross.

- Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the Agreement: May 31, 2022.

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice.

- The warranty period is 10 years.

- Performance bond: PLN 1.12 million in the form of an insurance guarantee and a cash security.
