The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the ‘Company’), with reference to Current Report No. 7/2024 of 26 April 2024, announces an amendment to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 23 May 2024, made at the request of the Company's shareholder, Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU ‘Złota Jesień’ with its registered office in Warsaw, dated 30 April 2024.

The amendment to the agenda consists in the introduction of a new item ‘Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board’ to the agenda. The above amendment was made pursuant to Article 401 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code.

The new agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as follows:

1. opening of the meeting.

2. election of the Chairperson of the General Meeting.

3. declaring that the General Meeting has been duly convened and has the capacity to adopt resolutions.

4. Consideration and approval of the report on the Company's activities in 2023, the Company's financial statements for 2023, the report on the Group's activities in 2023 and the consolidated financial statements for 2023.

5. consideration and approval of the report on the activities of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

6. Granting discharge to the members of the Supervisory Board and the members of the Management Board of the Company for the performance of their duties in 2023.

7. Adoption of a resolution on the distribution of profit for 2023.

8. Adoption of a resolution giving an opinion on the Report of the Supervisory Board on the implementation of the Remuneration Policy for the Members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in 2023.

9. Changes to the membership of the Supervisory Board.

10. Closing of the meeting.

The updated draft resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, taking into account the shareholder's request, are attached to this report.
