The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("The Company") provides the estimated results for the first quarter of 2022:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative data for the period 1 January till 31 March  2002):

- sales revenues: PLN 301 million,

- gross result on sales: PLN 22 million,

- net profit: PLN 1.6 million (covering net profit attributable to shareholders of the Parent Company: PLN 0.7 million and  net profit attributable to non-controlling interests: PLN 0.9 million).

 Standalone financial data (cumulative data for the period 1 January till 31 March  2002):

- separate revenues from sales: PLN 188 million,

- gross result on sales: PLN 15 million,

- separate net profit: PLN 0.15 million.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented by the Company in the consolidated and standalone statements for the first quarter of 2022. The presented data is not subject to review nor audit by a certified auditor.
