The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 23 April  2021, the Company was notified by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Kielce Branch ("GDDKIA") about the selection of the most advantageous offer. Consortium composed of: Mostostal Warszawa S.A. - Lider and Acciona Construcción S.A. - Partner (both entities jointly "Contractor") in the procedure entitled: "Construction of the Opatów S74 and DK 9 bypass".

The offer submitted by the Contractor includes:

- Contract value: PLN 403.66 million gross.

- Completion date: 36 months.

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

- The maximum warranty period is 10 years.

- Performance bond: 10% of the contract value.

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed within 10 days from the date on which one became or could have become aware of the circumstances constituting the basis for its submission.
