Report 6/2026 - Extension of the loan repayment period granted by a related entity

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company"), in reference to Current Report No. 2/2026 dated 23/01/2026, announces that on March 23, 2026, the Company agreed with Acciona Construcción, S.A. (the controlling entity of the Company - 62.13% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting) on the terms of extending the repayment deadline of a short-term loan granted to the Company by one (1) month, i.e., until April 23, 2026.

The extension covers the remaining loan amount to be repaid along with interest accrued in accordance with the current loan agreement. Other terms of the loan remain unchanged.

The extension has been granted for a limited period of one month only.

Acciona Construcción S.A. has informed that it does not intend to extend the short-term financing by the shareholder for longer periods and that any further support would require an analysis of the current and forecasted financial situation of the Company, including the assessment of alternative financing options such as financing from financial institutions or capital increase.

The Company will inform the market of any further significant changes in this regard, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
