The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") announces a change in the date of publication of the separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements for 2023, the publication of which, according to the information contained in current report No. 1/2024 of 8 January 2024, was to take place on 30 April 2023.

The separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for 2023 will be made public on 26 April 2024.
