The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") announces a change in the date of publication of the separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements for H1 2024, the publication of which, according to the information contained in current report No. 1/2024 of 8 January 2024, was to take place on 26 September 2024.

The separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for H1 2024 will be made public on 30 September 2024.
