The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 12 April 2022, the Company received relevant documents to the Loan Agreements with Acciona Construcción S.A. ("Acciona" parent entity of the Company - 62.13% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting):

• Annex No. XVIII to the Loan Agreement dated 27 May 2013 (Current Report 29/2013) with Acciona. Pursuant to the Annex Acciona, the Company extends the repayment date of the loan in the amount of EUR 13.49 million (which is the equivalent of PLN 62.92 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland from 12 April 2022 in the amount of EUR 1 = PLN 4.6626) plus interest until 1 October 2022. The loan may also be repaid in a shorter period.

• Annex No. VIII to the Loan Agreement dated 5 December 2012 (Current Report 53/2012) with Acciona. Pursuant to the Annex, Acciona extends the repayment date of the loan in the amount of EUR 14.71 million (which is the equivalent of PLN 68.61 million) plus interest until 15 July 2023. The loan may also be repaid in a shorter period.
