The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 26 March 2021, the Company was notified by the City of Łódź Municipal Office ("Employer") on the selection of the most advantageous offer of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in the proceedings entitled "Area Revitalization of the Łódź Center - Project 6 - Renovation, reconstruction and adaptation of the post-industrial facility at 75/77 Sienkiewicza Street together with land development for the Pinokio Theater and construction of a pedestrian and traffic route in the Nawrot-Piotrkowska-Roosevelta-Sienkiewicza streets quarter."

Offer submitted by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. constituted:

• Contract value: PLN 41.80 million gross.

• Time limit for completion:

    Task 1 - 18 months from the date of concluding the Agreement,

     Task 2 - 9 months from the date of concluding the Agreement,

• Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of delivery to the Employer of correctly issued invoice.

• The warranty period for the works performed is 60 months from the signing of the Final Investment Acceptance Protocol

• Performance bond: 5% gross of the contract value provided in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed within 10 days from the date on which one became or could have become aware of the circumstances constituting the basis for its submission.
