The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 23 December 2020 the Company concluded with VANTAGE DEVELOPMENT S.A. ("Employer") contract for the implementation of the task entitled: "Multi-family Residential Building with an Underground Garage, Land Development and Technical Infrastructure on the Plot No. 5/7, AM - 12, Precinct 0006 Żegrze at Wagrowska Street in Poznań".

• Contract value: PLN 47.60 million net.

• Completion date: up to 18 months from the date of handover of the construction site.

• Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Ordering Party.

• The maximum warranty period for the building structure is 20 years.

• Performance bond: 10% of net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.
