Report 5/2026 - Signing of an annex to the conditional guarantee line agreement

The Management Board of MOSTOSTAL WARSZAWA S.A. ("Company, Issuer") in reference to the current report no. 4/2017 dated February 2, 2017, informs that after receiving the relevant documents today, the Company on February 11, 2026, concluded an annex with INTESA SANPAOLO S.p.A. Joint-Stock Company Branch in Poland ("Bank") to the conditional guarantee line agreement.

Based on the annex to the agreement, the Bank increased the previous limit amounting to PLN 225 million to the level of PLN 350 million (an increase of the limit by PLN 125 million).

The remaining terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
