The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board  ("Company") informs that on 23 December 2021, the Company concluded with VANTAGE DEVELOPMENT S.A. ("Employer") a contract for the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of Multi-Family Residential Buildings A, B and C with Common Underground Garage and Service Premises with Internal and External Technical Infrastructure, Land Development and Utilities, including Rainfall Retention Reservoir, Small Architecture and Greenery, Accompanying Buildings, as well as Communication System, at R. Rembielińskiego Street in Łódź ".

- Contract value: PLN 65.30 million net.

- Completion date: 18 August  2023

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Employer.

- The maximum quality guarantee period for the building structure is 10 years.

- Performance bond: 10% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.
