The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company has received relevant documents of Annex XVI to the Loan Agreement of 27 May 2013 (Current Report 29/2013) from Acciona Construcción S.A. ("Acciona" the parent company of the Company - 62.13% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting) with effect from 31 January 2021. Pursuant to the Acciona Annex, it extends the repayment date of the loan in the amount of EUR 13.45 million (including the main amount and capitalized interest, which is the equivalent of PLN 61.18 million at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland of 28 January 2021 in the amount of EUR 1 = PLN 4.5479) plus interest until February 28, 2021. The loan can also be repaid in a shorter time limit.
