The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 24 November 2021, the Company concluded with VANTAGE DEVELOPMENT S.A. ("Employer") a contract for the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of the Multi-Family Residential Building with Commercial and Services and Internal Gas Installation in the Building at Zofii Nałkowska 18 / Św. Wawrzyńca Streets in Poznań and Reconstruction of the Exit from Nałkowska Street".

- Contract value: PLN 86.85 million net.

- Completion date: 30 April 2024.

- Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Employer.

- The maximum quality guarantee period for the building structure is 10 years.

-  Performance bond: 10% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.
