The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("The Company") provides the estimated results for the three quarters of 2021:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative data from the beginning of the year):

- sales revenues: PLN 884 million,

- gross result on sales: PLN 80 million,

- net profit: PLN 18 million (covering net profit attributable to shareholders of the Parent Company: PLN 11 million and  net profit attributable to non-controlling interests: PLN 7 million).

Separate financial data (data cumulatively from the beginning of the year):

- separate revenues from sales: PLN 647 million,

- gross result on sales: PLN 45 million,

- separate net profit: PLN 7 million.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented by the Company in the consolidated and separate statements for the third quarter of 2021.
