The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 27 September 27, 2021, the Company was notified by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways ("Employer") about the selection of the most advantageous offer by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in the proceedings entitled "Construction of the National road No. 74 Section Connecting DK 9 and DK 74 - Northern Connector".

The offer submitted by the Company includes:

- Contract value: PLN 57.51 million gross,

- Completion date: 33 months,

- Payment term: 30 days,

- Warranty period for performed works: up to 10 years,

- Performance bond: 10% of the offer price (gross price).

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed within 10 days from the date of providing information on the Employer action constituting the basis for its submission.
