The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on January 28, 2026, Mr. Jacek Andrzej Szymanek submitted his resignation from the position of member of the Company's Management Board, which is effective as of January 28, 2026.

He cited personal reasons as the cause of his resignation.
