The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("The Company") discloses the estimated results for 2021:

Consolidated financial data (data for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2021):

- sales revenues: PLN 1,305 million,

- gross profit on sales: PLN 118 million,

- gross profit: PLN 36 million,

- net profit: PLN 25 million (covering net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Parent Company: PLN 15.3 million and net profit attributable to non-controlling shareholders: PLN 9.7 million).

Standalone financial data (data for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2021):

- sales revenues: PLN 964 million,

- gross profit on sales: PLN 69 million,

- gross profit: PLN 17 million,

- net profit: PLN 8.6 million.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented by the Company in the consolidated and standalone financial statements for 2021 after the audit by a statutory auditor.
