The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (" Company") hereby presents estimated results for the first half of 2021:

Consolidated results:

- sales revenues: PLN 558  million,

- gross profit on sales PLN 54 million,

- net profit: PLN 18 million,

Standalone results:

- standalone revenues from sales: PLN 393 million,

- gross profit on sales: PLN 31 million,

- standalone net profit PLN: 6 million.

The Company indicates that the presented results will be subject to Statutory Auditor’s review and  may differ from the final financial data disclosed by the Company in the consolidated and standalone half year report.
