The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 15 July 2021, a settlement ("Settlement") was concluded between the Company and the University of Bialystok ("University") as part of mediation proceedings covering disputes arising from the execution of agreements dated 25 January 2011: Dzp-50.1 / R / 2010 for the Construction of the Biology Institute and the Mathematics and Computer Science Faculty at University Computing Centre and Dzp-50.2 / R / 2010 on the construction of the Physics Faculty and the Chemistry Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Agreements"), about which the Company informed in its financial statements and Current Report 9/2018.

In order to settle disputes existing between the Company and the University and avoid uncertainty as to mutual rights and obligations under the Agreements, the Company, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, undertook to pay the University the amount of PLN 6.00 million. The payment of this amount shall exhaust all claims of the Parties subject to the above disputes.

The parties undertook to submit an application to the Court for approval of the Settlement.

In the opinion of the Company, the above settlement will not have a significant impact on the Company's financial results.
