The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") with reference to current reports 35/2019 and 10/2020, informs that on 28 June 2021, the Company concluded with GE Power Sp. z o.o. understanding no. 2 to the Subcontracting Agreement ("Understanding No. 2") for "Execution of Construction Works for the Construction of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant with a Capacity of Approx. 1000 MW - Package V30, V02, V20, V32 and V33" ("Power Plant"). The agreement is related to the discontinuation of works on the construction of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant in coal technology. Pursuant to Understanding No. 2, the contractual scope of the Company's works has been limited to actually performed works. The parties agreed the final value of the agreement at PLN 73.86 million net.
