The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 28 June 2021, the Company concluded Annex No. 20 ("Annex") to the Guarantee Line Agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska from 14 December 2015 ("Agreement").
As part of the Annex to the Agreement, the following changes were introduced:
- the value of the maximum available line was set at PLN 68.00 million,
- the term of the contract was extended until 30/06/2022,
- under the line, it is possible to provide guarantees for tenders, advance payments, performance guarantees, removal of defects and faults, and payments.
The remaining terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
