Estimated Results for Q3 2022

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("The Company") presents the estimated results for the three quarters of 2022:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative data for 9 months of 2022):

- sales revenues: PLN 1,171 million,

- gross profit on sales: PLN 81 million,

- net profit: PLN 11.6 million (including net profit attributable to shareholders of the Parent Company: PLN 10.4 million and net profit attributable to non-controlling shareholders: PLN 1.2 million).

Separate financial data (cumulative data for 9 months of 2022):

- sales revenues: PLN 929 million,

- gross profit on sales: PLN 64 million,

- net profit: PLN 13 million.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented by the Company in the consolidated and separate statements for the third quarter of 2022.
