The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 18 June 2021, the Company concluded with Vastint Poland Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, a contract for the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of the B10 Office and Hotel Building in Wrocław"

The main provisions of the contract are as follows:

- Contract value: EUR 23.80 million net (the equivalent of PLN 108.30 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on 18 June 2021, in the amount of EUR 1 = PLN 4.5503).

- Completion date: 15/12/2022.

- Payment term: 21 days.

- The maximum warranty period is 10 years.

- Performance bond: EUR 2.2 million in the form of a bank guarantee.
