Report 2/2026 - conclusion of a short-term loan agreement with a related party

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") announces that on January 23, 2026, the Company entered into a Short-term Loan Agreement with Acciona Construcción S.A. (the Company's parent entity - 62.13% of the total votes at the General Meeting).

The short-term loan amounts to PLN 108.92 million.

The parties have agreed on the loan repayment date as March 23, 2026.

The terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement.

The loan may also be repaid in a shorter period.
