The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the "Company") announces that the Company
on 27 March 2024 entered into an Agreement with Vastint Poland Sp. z o.o based in Warsawy (" Contracting Authority") for the award of the construction of residential buildings Portowo Poznań with a total net value of EUR 48,852,307.00 million. (210,812,260.40 PLN according to the exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland on 27.03.2024, 1 EUR = 4.3153 PLN) net.

The Contract for the execution of the contract entitled Construction of Portowo Poznań residential buildings:

- Contract value: EUR 48.85 million net,

- Completion term: until 30.09.2026,

- Payment term: 21 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Contracting Authority,

- Warranty period: 63 months from completion of construction,

- Due performance security: EUR 4 million for the completion period, EUR 2 million for the guarantee period (63 months) gross provided in the form of a bank guarantee.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the above Agreement, due to its significant value, may have a potentially significant impact on the Company's future financial results.
