The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 3 February 2022, the Company concluded with Spravia Sp. z o.o. ("Employer") two agreements for the implementation of stages II and III as part of the task entitled: "Construction of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, with Underground Garages, Internal Installations, Including Sections Outside The Buildings, Internal Communication System, Playground, Recreation Areas And Elements of Small Architecture, on Plots 322/52, 322/53, 322/4, area 19 Podgórze, Located in Krakow at Myśliwska 55A and 55B street ".

- Total value of the agreements: PLN 134.80 million net.

- Completion date: by 31/01/2024.

- Maximum warranty period: 10 years warranty and quality guarantee for the reinforced concrete structure, roofing, insulation of the underground part, including expansion joints of the building, insulation of the above-ground of the building, including expansion joints.

- Performance bond: 10% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank guarantee (stage II), 10% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee (stage III).

In the Management Board’s opinion the concluded Agreement, due to its significant value, may potentially have a significant impact on the Company’s future financial results.
