Report 21/2026 - Conclusion of a contract for the expansion of the passenger airport terminal in Krakow

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on May 13, 2026, the Company signed an agreement with the John Paul II International Airport Kraków - Balice Sp. z o.o. ("Ordering Party") regarding the execution of the task titled: "Expansion of the Kraków Airport passenger terminal stage I - part T6".

- Contract value: PLN 661.37 million gross.

- Execution time: 36 months from the date of contract signing, divided into specific phases:

Phase I (project development, obtaining approvals, and conducting formal and legal procedures required before starting Construction Works) - 19 months from the date of contract signing

Phase II (completion of all Construction Works) - 36 months from the date of contract signing.

- Payment deadline: up to 30 days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party of VAT invoices issued for amounts certified in Payment Certificates.

- Warranty period: 36 months for the entire subject of the contract, except for: building structures, for which the Warranty Period will be 120 months, roof tightness, for which the Warranty Period will be 60 months.

- Performance bond: 5% of the gross contract amount in the form of a bank guarantee.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the concluded Agreement, due to its significant value, may potentially have a material impact on the Company's future financial results.
