Report 21/2025 - Change of deadline for publishing individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the 3rd quarter of 2025

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs about the change in the deadline for making public the individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025, whose publication was originally scheduled for November 28, 2025, as indicated in the current report No. 3/2025 dated January 13, 2025.

The individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025 will be made public on November 18, 2025.

Legal basis:

§ 84 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-EU member state.
