Report 20/2025 - Estimated results for the third quarter of 2025

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") presents estimated results for the first 3 quarters of 2025:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative data for the first 3 quarters of 2025):

- sales revenue: 1,071 million PLN,

- gross sales profit: 70 million PLN,

- net profit: 4 million PLN (including net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Parent Company: 3 million PLN and net profit attributable to non-controlling shareholders: 1 million PLN).

Individual financial data (cumulative data for the first 3 quarters of 2025):

- sales revenue: 832 million PLN,

- gross sales profit: 43 million PLN,

- net profit: 1 million PLN.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented in the consolidated and individual report for the third quarter of 2025.
