Report 19/2026 - Estimated results for Q1 2026

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the "Company") presents the estimated results for the first quarter of 2026:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative data for the first quarter of 2026):

- sales revenue: PLN 251 million,

- gross profit from sales: PLN 8 million,

- net loss: PLN 9.5 million (including net loss attributable to the Parent Company's shareholders: PLN 9.7 million and net profit attributable to non-controlling shareholders: PLN 0.2 million).

Individual financial data (cumulative data for the first quarter of 2026):

- sales revenue: PLN 176 million,

- gross profit from sales: PLN 3 million,

- net loss: PLN 10 million.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented by the Company in the consolidated and individual financial statements for the first quarter of 2026.
