The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that the Company on 9 June 2021 concluded with Synthos Dwory 7 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka jawna with its seat in Oświęcim (the "Employer") an agreement for the implementation of the task entitled " Supply, Assembly and Commissioning of a Heat Recovery Boiler and Assembly of a Gas Turbine set at Synthos Dwory 7 Sp. z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka jawna".

The main provisions of the contract:

- Value of the contract: a two-currency contract for PLN 315.01 million (gross) and EUR 6.77 million (gross)

- Completion date: 30 months from signing the contract.

- Payment term: 30 days.

-  Warranty periods: "basic warranty period" 24 months as a quality warranty for physical defects of the boiler block and gas turbine set; "Extended warranty period" is 60 months under the quality guarantee and warranty for physical defects, incl. building structures, foundations, chemical-resistant coverings, anti-corrosion, heat-resistant and fire-resistant protection, thermal and acoustic insulation and other elements.

- Performance bond: in the form of a bank guarantee, 10% of the net contract value.
