Report 18/2025 - Change of the publication date for the half-year report and consolidated half-year report for the year 2025.

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs about the change of the deadline for public disclosure of the semi-annual report and the consolidated semi-annual report for the year 2025, which were initially scheduled for September 26, 2025.

The semi-annual report and the consolidated semi-annual report for the year 2025 will be disclosed to the public on September 23, 2025.

Other deadlines and information indicated in the current report No. 3/2025 and 5/2025, as of the publication date of this report, remain unchanged.

§ 80 para. 2 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-EU member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
