Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to § 24 item 6 of the Company's Articles of Association, in line with the recommendation made by the Audit Committee selected KPMG Audyt Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with headquarters in Warsaw, at Inflancka 4A, 00-189 Warsaw, in order to carry out the review of half year standalone and consolidated financial statements as well as audits of standalone and consolidated annual financial statements for the financial years 2021 and 2022, thus the contract will be concluded for two years. KPMG Audyt Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. is entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements kept by the Polish Audit Oversight Agency under number 3546.
