1. ACCIONA S.A. with its registered office in Madrid, holding 10,018,733 shares that authorise to 10,018,733 votes, which constitutes 59.76 % of the number of votes at the Meeting and 50.09% in the total number of votes.

2. Open Pension Fund PZU “Złota Jesień” holding 3,666,000 shares authorising to 3,666,000 votes, which constitutes 21.87% of the number of votes at this Meeting and 18.33% in the total number of votes.

3. Aviva Open Pension Fund Aviva BZ WBK holding 1,166,000 shares authorising to 1,166,000 votes constituting 6.96% of the number of votes at this Meeting and 5.83% in the total number of votes.
