Report 17/2025 - Estimated results for the first half of 2025

The Management Board of Mostostal Warsaw S.A. ("Company") presents estimated results for the first half of 2025:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative data for the first half of 2025):

- sales revenue: PLN 682 million,

- gross sales profit: PLN 31 million,

- net profit: PLN 2.2 million (including net profit attributable to the shareholders of the Parent Company: PLN 1.6 million and net profit attributable to non-controlling shareholders: PLN 0.6 million).

Individual financial data (cumulative data for the first half of 2025):

- sales revenue: PLN 540 million,

- gross sales profit: PLN 19 million,

- net profit: PLN 0.2 million.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented by the Company in the consolidated and individual reports for the first half of 2025.
