The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. _‘Company’, ‘Issuer’_ informs that on 30 September 2024,

Mr. Miguel Angel Heras Llorente - President of the Company's Management Board and Mr. Jorge Calabuig Ferre - Vice President of the Company's Management Board submitted their resignations from their positions on the Company's Management Board, effective as of 30 September 2024.

As reasons for their resignations, Mr Miguel Angel Heras Llorente and Mr Jorge Calabuig Ferre indicated that the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. had entrusted them with new tasks within Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

At the same time, in connection with the aforementioned resignations, the Supervisory Board of the Company today, i.e. on 30 September 2024, adopted:

- resolution no. 24 on entrusting Jorge Calabuig Ferre, the current Vice-President of the Management Board, with the function of the President of the Company's Management Board as of 30 September 2024, and

- resolution no. 25 on entrusting, as of 30 September 2024, Miguel Angel Heras Llorente, hitherto President of the Management Board, with the function of Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company.
