The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 1 June 2021, the Company concluded an agreement with the Municipality of City Łódź Office ("Employer") for the implementation of the task entitled "Area Revitalization of the Łódź Centre - Project 6 - Renovation, Reconstruction and Adaptation of a Post-Industrial facility at 75/77 Sienkiewicza Street along with Land Development for the needs of the Pinokio Theater and Construction of a Pedestrian and Driving Route in the quarter of Nawrot-Piotrkowska-Roosevelta-Sienkiewicza streets."

The main provisions of the contract:

- Contract value: PLN 41.80 million gross.

- Time limit for completion:

   Task 1 - 18 months from the date of contract conclusion,

   Task 2 - 9 months from the date of contract conclusion.

- Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery to the Employer of correctly issued invoice.

- The warranty period for the works performed is 60 months from the signing of the Final Investment Acceptance Protocol.

- Performance bond: 5% of the gross contract value in the form of insurance guarantees (for task 1 and task 2 separately).
